Can I get an email account through WebBuildPRO?

Yes. Depending on the package you select we can supply you with up to 10 email addresses so you can correspond professionally with your customers, prospects, and suppliers.

If needed, you can purchase extra email addresses.

I live outside the United Kingdom. Can I still use this service?

Absolutely!  Because our system is web-based, it doesn't matter if you're from New York or New Delhi, Toronto or Tokyo, London or Los Angeles.  The time it takes to set up your website and manage it doesn’t change - no matter where you are in the world

All WebBuildPRO features are available worldwide as long as you have an internet connection.

Can I add web tools like a site search, newsletter sign-up, or survey to my website?

Yes, yes, and yes.  With WebBuildPRO these are considered standard features and are available to all customers.  There are also other tools available to help you market your website and drive visitor interest.

Do I need to know HTML or any other programming language to use WebBuildPRO?

No. We've done all the work for you!  Our system is developed specifically for non-technical people, so you never have to worry about deciphering code or fumbling with development tools.

If I do know HTML or basic design, and would like to customize my website the way I like it, can WebBuildPRO accommodate me?

Yes.  We have made certain tools available for the advanced users who may want to further customize their websites beyond the standard.  For example, you can change the headers or insert custom made graphics.

Furthermore, there is also an HTML editor which allows you to enter in your own code.  This feature is recommended for advanced users only.

Can I upload PDFs, MP3s, images, spreadsheets, and Word documents to my WebBuildPRO website?

Yes. Once you're a WebBuildPRO customer, we walk you through this extremely simple process.  Of course, you can edit/add/delete items at will - anytime and from anywhere.

You can upgrade your design at any time with a simple click of a button.  This will be especially useful, considering a website's life is usually 2 to 3 years.

Instead of beginning the process all over again, you simply select a new design (we're constantly adding new ones), and away you go.  The process is quick, easy, and painless.
